At Panterre, we favour unflavoured or mildly flavoured, neutral tasting protein powders over highly flavoured or artificially sweetened ones. Why? Just stick your nose into a bag of highly flavoured protein and you tell me if it’s something you regularly want to consume! All we want is a complete protein (amino acid profile) from organic protein sources. Most describe unflavoured protein powder as earthy and neutral. It can have a slight chalky texture, but this is usually avoided completely by blending with some frozen fruit or nut butter… or anything else you like!

Unflavoured vegan protein powder is a versatile and nutrient-rich ingredient that can be used for a variety of applications. It is made from plant-based sources such as peas, rice, and hemp, and is free from animal products, making it suitable for vegans and those with allergies or sensitivities to animal proteins.

You can also use it to add protein to soups, stews, and sauces, or mix it into dips and spreads for an extra protein boost.
