Replace your daily supplements with one drink
Daily nutrition has become complicated: protein, collagen, multivitamins, greens powders and capsules. We bring the foundations together in one creamy vanilla-maple drink - grass-fed organs, bone broth, collagen and beef protein.
Why the source matters.
Nutrients in their natural context
Whole foods deliver nutrients alongside the cofactors, minerals, amino acids and compounds they naturally occur with - supporting absorption, transport and use in the body.
Restores what modern diets often miss
Most modern diets provide enough calories, but rarely include traditional nutrient-dense foods like organs, bone broth and connective tissue. Panterre brings these back in a simple daily drink, with naturally occurring vitamin A, B12, folate, iron, copper and choline from grass-fed organs.
Creates a daily nutritional foundation
Instead of high-dose synthetic supplementation, Panterre delivers food-level nutrients from whole-food sources - designed for daily use and consistent support.
Supports strength, recovery and joint health
Grass-fed beef protein provides complete amino acids to support muscle maintenance and post-exercise recovery, while bone broth supplies collagen, glycine, and proline - components involved in connective tissue, joint integrity, and recovery from physical load.
Supports energy, focus & metabolism
Naturally occurring B12, B6, riboflavin, folate, iron, CoQ10, and choline support red blood cell production, mitochondrial energy metabolism, and cognitive function.
Energy. Recovery. Resilience. One daily drink.
Vitamin A, B12, B6, folate, riboflavin, CoQ10 and choline from grass-fed organs to support energy metabolism. Bone broth and collagen help support joints, tendons and connective tissue. 15g+ protein from real-food animal sources supports strength and recovery.
One serving. Real food nutrients.
15g protein from real-food animal sources. Naturally occurring micronutrients from grass-fed liver, heart and kidney. Bone broth and collagen to support joints, tendons and connective tissue.
What's inside?
Grass-Fed Beef Protein - 5.5g
Grass-fed beef protein provides all nine essential amino acids required for muscle maintenance, tissue repair, and daily metabolic function. These amino acids form the structural components of muscle, enzymes, hormones, and immune cells.
Because it is derived from whole-food animal protein, it offers high bioavailability and a naturally complete amino acid profile - supporting strength, recovery, and steady energy without synthetic fortification.
Grass-Fed Bone Broth - 5.5g
Bone broth contains naturally occurring collagen, gelatin, and amino acids such as glycine and proline. These compounds support connective tissue integrity and help maintain the structure of the gut lining.
It also provides trace minerals in food-based forms that contribute to fluid balance and cellular function. Bone broth delivers structural proteins in the context of whole food - supporting joint resilience and tissue repair.
Grass-Fed Collagen - 4g
Grass-fed collagen provides type I and III collagen peptides - the primary structural proteins found in skin, tendons, ligaments, and fascia. Natural collagen production declines with age, affecting elasticity and joint comfort.
Hydrolysed collagen peptides are broken down for efficient absorption and supply the specific amino acids needed to support connective tissue maintenance and structural strength.
Grass-Fed Organs - 3g
Organ meats are naturally concentrated sources of essential micronutrients. Liver supplies bioavailable vitamin A (retinol), vitamin B12, folate, and iron - key nutrients for oxygen transport, red blood cell formation, neurological health, and energy production.
Heart contains naturally occurring CoQ10, which plays a central role in mitochondrial energy generation.
Kidney provides selenium, an important antioxidant mineral that supports thyroid and immune function.
Together, these organs contribute nutrient density in forms the body can readily recognise and use - supporting energy, resilience, and overall metabolic health.
Organic Maple - 3g
Dates and maple bring natural sweetness with depth, not sharpness. Dates offer a soft caramel note and natural fibre, while maple adds subtle warmth and trace minerals such as manganese and zinc.
Together, they round the formula with balanced sweetness and slow-release carbohydrates - supporting steady energy without refined sugars or artificial sweeteners.

Simplify your daily nutrition.
One product. One serving. Enjoy with milk, blend into smoothies, or stir into yoghurt and oats - a simpler way to support strength, recovery and daily energy without the clutter of a supplement stack.
FAQs
What about 'complete' daily supplements?
Most “complete” supplements are built around the idea that more ingredients equals better nutrition. In reality, most people aren’t deficient in many of the vitamins and minerals these products include. Modern diets already provide adequate amounts of things like vitamin C, calcium, and several basic micronutrients.
To justify long ingredient lists, complete supplements typically rely on isolated or synthetic vitamins. These nutrients are delivered without the natural cofactors - proteins, fats, enzymes, and minerals - that help the body absorb and use them effectively. As a result, many are poorly utilised or simply excreted.
You’ll often see claims like “1,000% of the RDA.” While that sounds impressive, it rarely reflects a real need. If you’re already getting sufficient amounts from food, excess isolated vitamins offer no added benefit - and the body simply regulates or excretes what it doesn’t need. Nutrition doesn’t work in isolation. The body evolved to process nutrients as part of whole foods, where vitamins and minerals come packaged together in biologically familiar forms. That context matters.
Rather than adding more isolated ingredients, we focus on what modern diets actually miss - nutrients from whole, traditionally consumed foods that aren’t easily replicated in pill form. Fewer ingredients, better sources, and nutrition the body recognises.
How are your organs processed?
Our beef liver, heart, and kidney are gently freeze-dried to preserve their natural nutrient profile.
Freeze-drying removes moisture at low temperatures, which helps retain heat-sensitive vitamins such as B12 and folate, along with delicate compounds like enzymes and CoQ10. Because the process avoids high heat, it maintains the structural integrity of the nutrients found in fresh organs.
Why don't you use synthetic vitamins?
Research shows that high-dose, isolated vitamins - especially antioxidants like C and E - can interfere with the body’s adaptation to exercise. During training, the body produces signals that drive improvements in strength, endurance, and metabolic function. Chronic high-dose antioxidant supplementation has been shown to blunt these signals, reducing the benefits of training over time.
Prime Life avoids synthetic, high-dose vitamins for this reason. Instead, it delivers nutrients through whole foods at food-level doses, alongside their natural cofactors - supporting recovery and long-term adaptation without working against the body’s natural response to exercise.
Potential harms of supplementation with high doses of antioxidants in athletes
Panterre vs Greens Powders
Most greens powders rely on dehydrated vegetables, extracts, and isolated vitamins, often included at low doses after heavy processing. They look comprehensive, but rarely deliver nutrients that modern diets don’t already provide.
Panterre focuses on what’s actually missing - and what makes a real impact. It uses whole foods, not isolates, providing protein, collagen, and nutrient-dense nose-to-tail foods that deliver vitamins and cofactors together, the way the body is designed to use them.
Greens powders add fragments. Panterre restores foundations.
Can it replace a Multivitamin?
Most people aren’t deficient in many of the nutrients found in a typical multivitamin. Modern diets already provide adequate amounts of things like vitamin C, calcium, and many basic minerals.
What modern diets tend to miss are the nutrients that come from foods we no longer eat regularly - particularly nose-to-tail foods like organs, connective tissue, and broth, some of the most nutrient-dense foods on earth.
These provide vitamins and cofactors in forms that are naturally paired and biologically familiar to the body. We’re not trying to replace a multivitamin - we don’t believe most people need one in the first place, unless they’ve been tested and identified as having a specific deficiency.
Prime Life focuses instead on restoring those missing inputs by delivering nutrients through whole foods, not isolated vitamin blends.
